Premier Event Services (PES) is a full-service event fulfillment company specializing in, but not limited to, automotive events.  Generally, we are the heavy lifters behind the scenes on well-known manufacturer programs like the Audi Driving Experience, the Ferrari Challenge Race Series, the Toyota Truck Pro sales training tour and Car and Driver magazine’s Editor for a Day program.  Our portfolio ranges from small events for individual dealerships to multi-city, national tours with thousands of guests.

We are innovative, dedicated and resourceful. PES has been enlisted to conduct hundreds of events across the United States and Canada at all types of facilities, in all types of climates, and under all types of conditions. We view each new event as an opportunity to exceed our clients’ expectations.

PES can design a single event or an entire tour schedule complete with a set of policies and procedures.  While most of our work is contracted directly to a manufacturer or a representing agency, we have independently designed, produced and executed events from start to finish and can do so for your organization.

Our team consists of mature and skilled professionals. Our expertise includes event staffing, facility procurement, logistical movement and maintenance of equipment and vehicles, web-based registration, pre and post data measurement, custom hospitality and driving element design.
