PES has independently designed, produced and executed a number of events focusing on safety or performance driving activities. Degussa North America enlisted PES to design a safety driving program for its regional management teams, and asked us to include some high performance team-building elements as well. PES designed the event curriculum and handled site procurement, pre and post event testing, all vehicles and logistical needs, catering, and staffing. This type of event can be conducted at purpose-built facilities like race tracks, or at any venue with a large, paved parking area. The event was a huge success and has become an ongoing program for Degussa.
